The project supports War Child UK, ensuring a safe future for every child living through through war.

Read on to hear from Jealous artists Magda Archer, Anthony Burrill and Corbin Shaw on why they participated in the project:

“Ugh! I’m just so sick of all the hate out there. You know what they say: ‘If you haven’t got anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.’  So, more love for 2026, please.” - Magda Archer

“Two short words joined by an ampersand. Simple, direct, human. A message stripped back to its most honest form — the connection between me and you.

In my work, I use the language of the street: chunky letterforms, bold contrasts, clear layouts, and a voice that feels like it’s talking straight to you. My posters don’t decorate; they communicate.

Whether I paint them onto a wall, paste them on a hoarding, or stretch them across a billboard, You & Me becomes both a personal reminder and a public statement — a quiet kind of protest made through warmth and optimism.” - Anthony Burrill

“I’m in love in this country is a twist on the idea of finding love in a hopeless place. I wanted people to misread it as they passed by, as if it said, ‘I’m in love with this country’. I liked the idea that viewers could interpret it in their own way.” - Corbin Shaw
