Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your order, you are responsible for returning it on a tracked service and contacting us at info@jealousgallery.com in advance to let us know within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

Once your order has been returned, we will contact you to provide a refund (minus original shipping fee) or an exchange.

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, we ask that you keep any items and packaging and contact us immediately at info@jealousgallery.com. We can then organise a replacement, refund, or exchange. If this is the case we ask that you contact us within 2 weeks of delivery date - after this time length we will not be able to take liability for damage 

We ask that you please keep hold of original order and packaging, and don’t arrange a return, until we are in contact with you.

In some cases, the print you purchased may no longer be available as once an edition is sold out it cannot be reproduced. If this is the case, you will be refunded.
