Born in Paris and currently based in London, Quliya has a training in visual arts and has a master's degree in Live & Imagery Art at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. The use of line is her favourite expression, simple, straight and graphic. Through the line, patterns and forms emerges from the pencil and her imagination, she doesn’t try to express anything. The act of tracing the line is a therapeutic way of expression and through drawing these lines, gushes mandala organic line shapes that goes from cashmere fabric to peacock feather’s details.
