Julia Callard is an artist based in Crouch End.
She studied Fine Art at Liverpool John Moores University, graduating with a First. Her interest in neighbourhood stories and side hustle as an Airbnb host inspired North London Superstars. While chatting to overseas guests about her local area, the famous names associated with it and its iconic landmarks, she stumbled on an idea for an artwork. Julia calls the resulting piece - ‘A love letter to the area I live in and a celebration of its wonderfully star-studded history.’
