Andrew Curtis was chosen as our Jealous Graduate Print Prize ‘09 winner from the MA Printmaking degree at the Royal College of Art. He was also selected to exhibit in 2009’s Bloomberg New Contemporaries exhibition, was featured in the Catlin Guide 2009 and awarded numerous other print awards. He has gone on to exhibit widely to much acclaim and has just completed his second print edition at Jealous. His work explores the suburban landscape, drawing on motifs of shadows and obscured viewpoints to present a complex reading of the everyday environment. Andrew’s Jealous Prize print edition is now held in the Victoria & Albert Museum Permanent Print Collection.
