Jealous artists feature in ‘The Sun and The Moon: Art Inspired by the Celestial’ at Saatchi Gallery this summer.

It was written in the stars: your summer holiday must-visit is now open! ‘The Sun and The Moon: Art Inspired by the Celestial’ spans two floors and nine galleries, bringing together art, installations and rare objects that explore how these forces have shaped art, science, belief and imagination across cultures and centuries.

An impressive constellation of contributing artists includes Jealous artists David Shrigley, Stanley Donwood and Jamie Hewlett, alongside renowned artists such as Barbara Hepworth, Henry Moore, Bridget Riley, Joan Miró, Yinka Ilori, Peter Doig and William Hogarth.

The exhibition unfolds as a journey through a complete 24-hour cycle, moving from dawn through daylight, into the depths of the night. This notable show includes two major installation works: 'Helios', a monumental sculpture of the Sun created by artist Luke Jerram, and 'Massless Suns and Dark Suns' by teamLab, an immersive installation that will envelop visitors with spheres of light.
