UK Delivery for Unframed Orders

  • Free standard delivery on orders over £100 (unless otherwise stated on the product page)
  • Orders £50 and under will be charged £7.50 for standard delivery.
  • Orders between £50 and £100 will be charged £5.00 for standard delivery.

Once your payment has been processed, we aim to have your order dispatched within 7 days.

Orders with framing included will take longer; please allow an additional 3-4 weeks for framing prior to dispatch.

UK orders will be sent with UPS/Royal Mail with the relevant level of insurance.

Where items are unique or made to order, there may be longer lead time on your purchase and we will contact you if this is the case.

Framing orders will be sent at extra cost due to size, fragility, and weight. Please contact us for individual delivery quotes for any orders with framing.

Once your order has been dispatched, deliveries with couriers are out of our control. If you would prefer for us to deliver directly to a local collection point, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

If a parcel is returned to us by the shipping company after delivery is attempted for a second time, we will require a £15.00 fee to be paid before items are re-sent.

If a parcel is returned to us by the shipping company after delivery is attempted for a second time, we will require repayment of the shipping cost before items are re-sent.

Please bear in mind that international shipping may take considerably longer than domestic shipping, depending on destination country and customs.

Shipment to non-UK countries may be subject to import duties and taxes, and these additional charges must be paid by the customer. Jealous has no control over these charges and bears no responsibility for these.

Care Instructions

Please read and consider the following care instructions for your artwork:

Unwrapping flat-packed artworks

Please take special care when removing the artwork from its packaging as it may damage easily. Use a sharp blade or scissors to score a shallow opening into the tape on the outside of the package. Try not to bend the cardboard which holds the artwork inside, and when removing the artwork from the packaging, take care to remove the acid-free tape used to keep both the tissue and corners in place. Please be sure to remove the corners before trying to take the print out of the tissue, and try not to drag anything across the image as this may cause damage.

Unrolling tubed artworks

Please take special care when taking it out of the packaging as the artwork may damage easily. When removing the artwork, please carefully slide it out of the tube, ensuring edges are not grabbed, pulled or pinched. If you are planning to unroll the artwork yourself (as opposed to your framer), ensure you pull the corners slowly and carefully, before flattening with evenly weighted objects on top of the tissue paper, on a clean table/surface. Try not to brush anything across the image as this may cause damage.

Gallery Collections

All orders can be collected from our gallery free of charge.

Once your payment has been processed, we aim to have your order ready to collect within 7 days. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready to collect from your selected gallery.

Orders with framing included will take longer; please allow an additional 3-4 weeks for framing prior to collection.

Where items are unique or made to order, there may be longer lead time on your purchase and we will contact you if this is the case.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your order, you are responsible for returning it on a tracked service and contacting us at info@jealousgallery.com in advance to let us know within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

Once your order has been returned, we will contact you to provide a refund (minus original shipping fee) or an exchange.

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, we ask that you keep any items and packaging and contact us immediately at info@jealousgallery.com. We can then organise a replacement, refund, or exchange. If this is the case we ask that you contact us within 2 weeks of delivery date - after this time length we will not be able to take liability for damage.

We ask that you please keep hold of original order and packaging, and don’t arrange a return, until we are in contact with you.

In some cases, the print you purchased may no longer be available as once an edition is sold out it cannot be reproduced. If this is the case, you will be refunded.

Lost Items

In the unlikely event that your order goes missing in the post, we will contact you and the relevant shipment company to try to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for orders going missing once they are with shipment companies but will of course provide refunds, replacements, or exchanges to customers where necessary.

If we notice that there are issues with your shipment address we will contact you prior to dispatch, however we cannot always spot mistakes and cannot be responsible for errors in contact details provided by customers, and subsequent lost orders therefore.
