The Bonham's auction 'British. Cool.' is open now!

Following his charity exhibition at Jealous last year to raise money for The Big Issue, artist My Dog Sighs has donated his canvas 'Reclaiming The Lost (Purple)' to Bonhams auction British. Cool. Proceeds from the sale of the canvas will also be donated to The Big Issue, to raise much-needed funds for the charity.

The auction also features works by other Jealous artists including David Shrigley, Alma Singer, Adam Bridgland, The Connor Brothers and more.

British. Cool. is an interdisciplinary auction encompassing Fine Art, Prints & Multiples, Photography, Design, Ceramics, Popular Culture, Cars and Fashion.

In the footsteps of its previous success, the next edition of British. Cool. will take place online between 8-20 March 2024.

The auction will be dedicated to celebrating the dynamism and creativity of British art, fashion, music, and culture from the 20th century up to the present day. This year the sale will offer a unique spin against the backdrop of the mid to late 20th century, intertwining the legacies of iconic British artists still shaping the contemporary scene such as David Hockney, Bridget Riley and Peter Blake, combined with modern masters including Elisabeth Frink, Henry Moore and Barbara Hepworth.
